Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the refund and cancellation terms for services provided by Smilix Aligners. Due to the customized nature of aligner treatment, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.

• Not Suitable Case (Full Refund)

If our dental experts determine that you are not a suitable candidate for aligner treatment, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

• Before Treatment Approval

• Refund requests can be made before final approval of the treatment plan
• A processing fee may be deducted

• Cancellation Charges

• Within 48 hours of payment: ₹5,000 cancellation fee
• 48 hours to 7 days: ₹12,000 cancellation fee (if production not started)
• After 7 days: No refund applicable

• After Treatment Approval

• Once the treatment plan is approved, refunds may not be applicable
• Planning and consultation costs are non-refundable

• After Aligner Production

• No refunds will be provided once aligners are manufactured
• This is due to the fully customized nature of the product

• Treatment Disclaimer

Treatment results may vary depending on individual biology and patient compliance. Once treatment has started, no refunds shall be applicable.

• Additional Deductions

• Payment gateway or transaction charges
• Processing and administrative fees
• EMI or loan processing charges (if applicable)

• Defective Product Replacement

If you receive a defective aligner, you may request a replacement. Our team will verify the issue before approval.

• Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
• Amount will be credited to the original payment method

• Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind after payment
• Non-compliance with treatment instructions
• Delay caused by patient non-response
